Wyng offers various plans and pricing packages. All plans include all features of the platform. Pricing depends on usage, and each plan has a certain usage bundled in. Contact us to learn more. 

Does Wyng offer services as well?

Yes. Many of our clients choose to use Wyng self-serve, but others opt for a full-service or hybrid working model. Wyng offers strategic, technical and fulfillment services for our clients. Contact us to learn more.

What are your security standards?

Wyng takes data security and privacy seriously. We are GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA compliant. We also have a SOC2 Type II certificate. Visit the Wyng Privacy & Security Hub to learn more.

How long does implementation take?

Self-serve users can start building experiences and collecting zero-party data in less than thirty minutes. Full-service users work in partnership with Wyng Services to determine an onboarding and implementation plan and timeline.

What support is available to new users?

Every new client receives at least one 1:1 onboarding session and a dedicated account manager. Platform trainings are hosted by our Customer Experience Strategists once a month, and documentation is readily availably in our Help Center and Developer Portal. In addition, all clients have access to Wyng Standard Support, available weekdays 8am-5pm ET. Premium Support and additional trainings from Wyng Services can be purchased at an additional cost.

What sort of metrics can be viewed in Wyng?

All Wyng users have access to Experience Metrics and Profile Metrics.

Wyng Experience Metrics show how your digital experiences are performing. KPIs surfaced include visitor sessions, engaged sessions, clicks, form entries, opt-ins, and content shares.

Wyng Profile Metrics surface customer preference data collected during Wyng experiences. View how many customer profiles are enriched with preference data, and what those preferences are. Easily create customer segments you can sync with your other marketing systems.
